I'm a mouth painter from Colorado. I have a very rare autoimmune neuromuscular disease called CIDP. The odds of getting it are about one in 100,000. This diseases is similar to MS but more severe but without the spinal or brain lesions associated with MS. It affects your peripheral nervous system. You have a protective coating around your nerves called the myelin sheath that CIDP slowly rips it away. So does MS I believe. But the central nervous system. And brain lesions. I don't have full use of my hands. In addition to CIDP I've had 29 surgeries from CIDP and Sports, including two major back surgeries from basketball. Spinal stenosis at 16 so I had a de-compressive lamanectomy L2-L5 and a spinal fusion at 21 L2-L5. I'm in an art guild for those who paint with their mouths or feet called MFPAUSA.
